1. Information We Collect
LootGrid adheres to strict data minimization principles. We only collect the minimal personal information required to authenticate your identity, process rewards, and prevent fraudulent activity:
- Account Identity: Email address, name/display handle, and password hash (via Better Auth).
- Financial Destination Details: Saved PayPal email address or Bank Wire routing/IBAN numbers for cashout disbursements.
- Security & Telemetry: Client IP address, browser user-agent header, and session timestamps for fraud detection and rate limiting.
2. Third-Party Offerwall Partner Networks
When you interact with offerwalls (such as AdGate Media, BitLabs, or CPALead), you enter an isolated, sandboxed iframe container. LootGrid transmits only an anonymized internal identifier (userId) to attribute offer completions. Third-party offerwalls may maintain their own tracking and cookie policies subject to their respective terms.
3. How We Protect Your Data
All network communication occurs over TLS 1.3 encryption. Financial ledgers are double-entry append-only journals stored in PostgreSQL with strict role-based access control. Bank account numbers are masked in all standard user views.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request a full export of your personal earning history or demand account deletion in accordance with GDPR and CCPA regulations, provided no active debt deficits or pending fraud investigations exist.
